“Jim has always been fantastic about my coming in when needed and getting the best coverage for great prices. I just had a roofing claim with Erie and they covered all of it minus the deductible in a prompt manner. It was a great experience from the insurance adjusters professionalism (who is not part of Erie) to the local office calling me to keep me updated on my claim. Thank you Jim. I have enjoyed the beautiful office, the chats, and doing business with car, house, rental house, and him checking on another insurance for sufficient coverage for an event when his office does not have the type of insurance I needed. I will continue my business there for years to come as long as he is there and rates are way lower than others with just as great of coverage!”

“JP Holmes works on commercial lines insurance, and somehow manages to make policies, coverages, and all the fine print actually make sense – That alone deserves five stars!
I think what sets this agency apart is how much they genuinely care. They don’t rush you, don’t talk over you, and definitely don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. They asks the right questions, listen, and then build coverage that actually fits your business instead of forcing you into a one-size-fits-all plan.
Also worth noting: this agency is incredibly responsive. I’m pretty sure they answers emails faster than I can finish my coffee, which in the insurance world feels like a superpower.
